Cancellation Policy

For Appointments: 1. Cancellation: Permissible up to 48 hours before the time of consultation. A refund will be processed subject to a deduction of Rs1000 cancellation fee. Please call / text/email us to do the needful. 2. Re-Scheduling: You may change the time of an appointment ONLY ONCE up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time at no additional charge. Please call / text / email us to do the needful. A second or subsequent rescheduling will entail a charge of Rs 500 per rescheduling. 3. No Show or Late Entry: YogiG will wait up to a maximum of 15 minutes beyond the scheduled consultation time. If you show up later than 15 minutes from the scheduled time, it will be regarded as a "No Show" and you will be charged for that consultation time. For Course: 1. Cancellation: If cancelled 15 days before the start date- full refund minus Rs 1000 as processing charges. 7-14 days before the start date- 50% of the full amount will be refunded. 2-6 days before the start date- 25% of the full amount will be refunded. less than 48 Hours before the start date- No refund. 2.
